A Binghamton man is accused of setting a fire inside a car wash in Johnson City. Derrick Pease was arrested Friday by Johnson City police who responded to a car wash on Main Street for a reported fire. An officer was able to knock out the fire and there was minor damage inside one of the car wash bays. Pease was charged with a felony count of fourth-degree arson, was arraigned in Johnson City Village Court, and sent to the Broome County jail.
