On Wednesday in Broome County Court, Anthony Warren, 46, of Binghamton, New York, pleaded guilty to a charge of Attempted Burglary.
Warren admitted that on August 1,st 2010, he attempted to burglarize an apartment on Chestnut Street in the City of Binghamton.
Warren was returned to the Broome County Jail after his plea.
He will be sentenced on July 29th as a Persistent Violent Felony Offender to a state prison term of twelve years to life.
He was previously convicted of Burglary 1997 and Attempted Burglary in 2003 and served state prison terms in those cases.
