State Police have arrested two Binghamton men after police executed a search warrant and found up to $80,000 worth of heroin. On Thursday, troopers charged both 44-year-old Nathaniel Williams of Tudor Street and 37-year-old Rashid Imhotep of Elm Street with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor charges of criminally using drug paraphernalia. Imhotep is also facing charges of resisting arrest after he originally tried to flee during the search, and struggled with officers. Police seized about 3.5 ounces of pure heroin and over 800 thin envelopes containing the drug ready for sale. Both men were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
