Police are investigating a possible stabbing Sunday afternoon at the Saratoga Apartments complex in Binghamton, near the intersection of Dewey Avenue and Felters Road. Binghamton Police Officers would not confirm whether someone was stabbed, but initial scanner reports from around 3:30 yesterday afternoon indicated that at least one victim had been injured. At least one person was being transported to Wilson hospital via ambulance. One man was observed being handcuffed and placed in the back of a police cruiser. The incident is under investigation.
