Binghamton Police are investigating a homicide that took place this weekend. Police responded to 11 Stone Street just before noon on Saturday, where they found 44-year-old Bretnie Owens dead inside his apartment. An autopsy has been conducted and the matter is being investigated as a homicide. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Binghamton Police Detective Bureau at 772-7080.
