Binghamton Police have arrested a man they believe fired a shotgun during a dispute on Crandall Street earlier this month. 17-year-old Erick Gonzalez of Binghamton has been charged with reckless endangerment. Police are still investigating a disturbance which involved several people on the evening of May 10th. Officers responded to the area of 10 Crandall Street around 11:30 that night, finding different types of casings from a shotgun or handgun.
