The Binghamton Police Department have arrested Jovan T. Gresham, also know as Jovan U. Gresham, in connection with the shooting of Karlswhen Marks at Victoria’s Café in Binghamton on February 28th.
The 1AM Friday arrest was made at the Elks Club on Chenango Street.
Gresham has been charged with Attempted Murder.
Police also charged Gresham with Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
Gresham was found in possession of a loaded 45-caliber handgun that was reported stolen in Connecticut.
He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in regard to shots fired on March 17th near the Susquehanna/Varick Street intersection.
Friday’s arrest was the result of a long-term investigation by members of the Binghamton Police Detective Division, Patrol Division and Broome County Narcotics Task Force.
