Binghamton Police are looking for a man wanted for strangulation. 23-year-old Earl Pittman is wanted on an arrest warrant out of city court for second-degree strangulation. Pittman is a six-foot-tall black male with black hair and brown eyes, weighing about 265 pounds. Anyone with information on Pittman’s whereabouts should contact Sergeant Larry Hendrickson of the Binghamton Police Warrant Division at 772-7044.
