Binghamton Police are on the lookout for a woman wanted for an assault charge. 21-year-old Jackeline Pica-Torres is described as Hispanic, five feet one inch tall and 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She is wanted on a Binghamton City Court warrant for second-degree assault. Anyone with information regarding Pica-Torres’ whereabouts is urged to contact Sergeant Larry Hendrickson at the Binghamton Police Warrant Division at 772-7044.
