It’s been 100 years since Binghamton Rotary began serving the community. Wednesday night, members gathered at the Riverwalk Hotel to celebrate all they’ve accomplished, from raising more than $1 million for local, national and international projects to more recently helping Otsiningo park with a playground for those with special needs and helping a local free clinic better treat those with pulmonary conditions. Binghamton Rotary was the 64th Rotary club established in the United States and has inspired the creation of nearly 80 clubs around the region.
