A Binghamton teen has been arrested for allegedly entering an apartment and stealing property. 18-year-old Trae Salisbury was arrested on Tuesday by the Broome County Sheriff’s Detective Division. He was taken into custody shortly after he is believed to have broken into the apartment. Salisbury was arraigned in the Town of Dickinson Court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail. He is facing a charge of felony burglary in the second degree.
