Binghamton Police have charged a Brooklyn man with murder in connection to the fatal shooting on Fayette Street April 28. 21-year-old Jabari Ashe is accused of shooting Tyquan Gumbs behind a house on the street. He was taken into custody by the New York Police Department and transported to Broome County to face a charge of murder in the second degree. Police have not released a motive for the shooting.
