Broome County is reminding any local entrepreneurs that start-up help is currently available. County Executive Debbie Preston announced on Thursday that the Greater Binghamton Innovation Center is providing necessary resources to entrepreneurs who are looking to start their own business. The GBIC provides Internet and phone services, as well as utilities, to 11 start-up businesses. The Center currently has the ability to house 12 businesses and have one vacancy.
