The Broome Opioid Abuse Council held its first Substance Abuse Treatment Provider Fair Wednesday at the Oakdale Mall. It fair showcased a wide range of resources available to help people and families affected by substance abuse.Organizers say the event will allow people to find the right kind of help they need to recover. Broome County Executive Jason Garnar said the council will hold more events like this in the near future.
