The City of Binghamton was treated to a concert by musicians from a small city in France. The musicians visited the city through Sister Cities International, which is an organization that brings cities from all around the world, together, to share cultures and gifts. This is not the first time that Binghamton has been in contact with its sister city in France. In the past, Binghamton had exchanged a carousel horse, for a seahorse statue. Musicians and dancers have also previously been shared among the cities. Binghamton mayor Rich David attended the most recent meeting between the two cities.
