A man accused of breaking into a Binghamton diner and stealing cash is now in custody. Police originally responded to the burglary at 4:30 in the morning last Wednesday at Danny’s Diner on Main Street, but the suspect was able to flee before law enforcement arrived on the scene. Police were then able to arrest 32-year-old Jerome Williams of Johnson City in connection with the break-in. He is being charged with burglary in the third degree.
