Authorities are on the search for the driver of a white SUV after a drive-by shooting in Binghamton last night. Police say that the shooting appears to be targeted. The incident occurred around 200 Murray Street in Binghamton yesterday evening. The shooter fled the scene heading North. Four bullet casings were found at the scene.
