Motorists are asked to avoid travelling on Old Vestal Road between Bunn Hill Road and Murray Hill Road over the next month or so. Broome County Executive Debbie Preston says that construction of the Binghamton Johnson City Joint Sewage Treatment Plant will likely cause traffic delays in that area. Motorists are encouraged to use the Vestal Parkway if at all possible.
