Four men have been arrested following a police raid of two homes in our area. New York State Police and the DEA had been conducting a year-long investigation into an online steroid distribution ring. That investigation led authorities to execute search warrants on a home on McKinley Avenue in Endicott, and a home on Walnut Street in Binghamton. During their search of these properties, authorities found liquid and powdered steroids, lab equipment, and syringes among other things. As a result of their findings, 37-year-old Richard Progovitz of Port Crane, 32-year-old Derek Strassle of Endicott, 31-year-old Paul Boylan of Endicott, and 33-year-old Jeremiah O’Brien of Binghamton were all arrested.
