The Binghamton Police Department, with the assistance of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and the Waverly Police Department, arrested a Waverly man on three counts of burglary. 27-year-old Cody Blake has been charged with robbing a Hayes Street residence on August 8th, an Otseningo Street residence on August 9th, and a Belden Street residence on August 9th in Binghamton. Police officers executed a search warrant yesterday at Blake’s Waverly home, where they found several of the stolen items from these burglarized properties. Blake has been taken into custody and is currently awaiting arraignment.
