Binghamton Police have charged one person in connection with a shooting on Susquehanna Street Friday that left four people injured, including the alleged shooter. Binghamton Police say it started inside the Yellow Deli at 121 Susquehanna Street just after 2:30pm when 20-year-old Fuquan Campbell got into a physical altercation with two other individuals. Investigators say he was armed with a handgun and at some point pulled his weapon out and shot the two other individuals, as well as a 15-year-old bystander and himself on accident. All four are expected to survive, and the bystander was treated at the scene. The other three were taken to the hospital. Campbell is facing charges for attempted assault. Police are still searching for the weapon used in the shooting.
