High Speed Chase Ends in Arrest in Binghamton

New York State Police tried to pull over a vehicle going 92 in a 45 mile per hour zone in Kirkwood Saturday morning just before 8AM.
Allan Dodge, 18, from Pennsylvania took off and led police on a chase into Binghamton.
The chase ended when Dodge crashed into a building on the corner of Court and Carroll Streets.
The stolen car and building were badly damaged, but no one was hurt.
Dodge and his passenger, Dustin Lockwood, 19, were arrested after a short foot chase.
Both men are charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
Dodge is also facing charges of reckless endangerment and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.
