January 11th has been named “Bambi Madden Day” in the City of Binghamton. The day was named at a Binghamton City Council meeting last night. Bambi Madden was a woman who lived in the City of Binghamton at the time she went missing on January 11th in 2006. Madden still has not yet been found.
