The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 43-year-old David Woodward of Binghamton on 46 felony counts of Unlawful Surveillance. The suspect is accused of installing a video recording device in the bathroom wall of a Binghamton residence and recording without the consent of the subject. The Sheriff’s Office was called to the residence after a recording device was discovered. Several additional devices were then discovered. The suspect was arraigned and then released on his own recognizance.
