After shots were fired on Seymour Street in Binghamton last month, police have officially charged a suspect. On May 21st at approximately 11:30 at night, Binghamton Police responded to Seymour Street and determined that a shooting did take place, but that no one was injured. On Tuesday, police arrested 24-year-old Tyrell McBride of Binghamton. He is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon in addition to reckless endangerment, both felonies. McBride is currently on New York State Parole for narcotics.
