A 71-year-old man was struck by a school bus in Binghamton on Tuesday morning. Robert G. Buchta was struck on Main Street; he is in critical condition with a head injury. There were three students on the bus who were uninjured. There were no tickets issued as of yet, but the investigation is continuing. Witnesses to the accident are asked to call the Binghamton Police at (607) 772-7080.
