Binghamton police closed the intersection of Chapin Street and North Street in the city, after police said several shots were fired Tuesday afternoon.Binghamton Police Chief Joe Zikuski said several shots were fired, and one male was injured. The victim drove himself to Wilson Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.According to Zikuski, the suspect may have driven away in a black car.The incident remains under investigation.
