The man who fired a handgun into the floor of the Belmar Pub earlier this year has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. 35-year-old Jamal Corbett of Johnson City plead guilty yesterday to his charge of criminal possession of a weapon. When this shooting occurred on August 18th, Corbett was also on parole for attempted criminal possession of a weapon. Corbett has since been sent to the Broome County Jail without bail, pending further action.
