Police in Oswego believe a missing 14-year-old girl may be heading for the Binghamton-Elmira area. Samantha Palmer was last seen on December 7th. Palmer may be in the company of 25-year-old Andres Perez of Fulton. Perez has an outstanding warrant from the New York State Parole system. Palmer is five foot two inches and 120 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes. Oswego Police ask the public to call them at 315-342-8120 if they have any information.
