Firefighters are continuing to investigate what caused a morning fire at a warehouse on Water Street in Binghamton. The call came in just after 7:30 that the old Derby Fashion Outlet was on fire. Broome County officials say they had to close off the intersection of Washington and Henry Streets, State and Eldridge, and Henry and State Streets. The Binghamton Regional Transportation Facility is also closed as well as the Department of Mental Health due to the fire which is nearby.
