Binghamton Police are now looking for a person of interest in their investigation into shots fired in the city last month. On Friday, August 23rd, police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Morgan Street and Chenango Street. Now police are looking for 21-year-old Deon Brooks. Brooks is a black male, approximately six feet tall, with a medium build. While he is not necessarily wanted for a crime, police are looking to speak with him. Anyone with information on Brooks’ whereabouts or information on the shooting incident is asked to contact the Binghamton Police at 772-7080.
