Another arrest has been made in connection to an accident that occurred on the Court Street Bridge in Binghamton on March 7, when a woman was found pinned between a vehicle and the stone railing of the bridge. The victim sustained a severe injury to her leg which resulted in part of her leg being amputated. Police had already arrested the driver of the vehicle Nutanie Saysanavong of Johnson City. She is charged with driving while intoxicated. After an investigation a second person was arrested. Duane Felton Jr. of Binghamton is charged with assault in the first degree. At the time of the incident, Felton was identified as the front seat passenger in the vehicle.
