Seton Catholic Central High School has found a new principal. Richard Bucci will take over the job. The position was left vacant for several months after the former principal admitted to shoplifting from a local grocery store and was forced to resign. The School Board president says after interviewing several candidates, Richard Bucci, a Catholic Central alumnus and former Mayor of the City of Binghamton, is the perfect fit for the job. He will be formally introduced as the principal Thursday.
