Saturday was a busy day in Binghamton, as the city hosted the 47th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. The day was busy for parade-goers and law enforcement alike, as police had to charge seven people on misdemeanor counts during the parade. Five people were charged with disorderly conduct and two others with obstructing governmental administration. Of those seven people, three were also charged with resisting arrest. No felony charges were given during parade day, which brought thousands of people to downtown Binghamton.
