Giacalone was arraigned Monday by authorities in Montour County, Pennsylvania at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville where he continues to be treated after the trooper involved–shot him in the face. Bail’s been set at $250,000. Giacalone will be extradited to New York State after he is released from the hospital.
