A teenage girl has been charged following a stabbing that took place last month in Binghamton. On April 13th, Binghamton Police responded to General Hospital after a 17-year-old girl was being treated for a stab wound to her back. Through their investigation, police learned that the victim was stabbed at a party that occurred on Susquehanna Street in Binghamton. On Wednesday, detectives arrested and charged 19-year-old Natacha Pica-Valdes of Binghamton. She is being charged with assault in the first degree. Pica-Valdes was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
