Three individuals were arrested after New York State Police responded to a 911 report of a burglary in progress in the Town of Union. 54-year-old Otis Bivins of Endicott, 32-year-old Roger Edwards Jr. of Endicott, and 30-year-old Russel Harris were all arrested as a result of the incident. When police arrived on scene at 1014 Christina Court, they immediately placed two of the men in custody. They later found the third individual down the street with some of the items stolen in the burglary. All three men have been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
