Binghamton Police have arrested three teenagers they say are responsible for home burglaries on the west side of Binghamton. The teens, 16-year-old Yosef Baker, 17-year-old Nyquan Williams, and 18-year-old Enrique Tramun were said to have broken into the homes while the homes while they were still occupied. 27-year-old Tarek Algahaim was also arrested in connection with the crimes, as he sold the stolen items as an unlicensed pawn broker at Gone Mobile.
