The Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Binghamton residents for criminal possession of stolen property. After a thorough investigation, Deputies arrested 22-year-old Ashley Wolfanger and 32-year-old Stephen Parsons. Both are charged with Criminal possession of stolen property after being accused of possessing a large quantity of scrap metal valued at over $1000. Investigation revealed that they were attempting to sell the stolen metal at a local scrap yard. They were released on appearance tickets and to appear in the City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
