Two people are facing drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a second-floor apartment on Glenwood Avenue in Binghamton. 22-year-old Willie Brooks, is accused of possessing 19 bags of heroin, 2.4 ounces of marijuana, and $250 in cash. Also in the apartment at the time of the arrest was 30-year-old Jennifer Franks. Both Brooks and Franks were held in Binghamton lockup while awaiting arraignment in City Court.
