A Vestal woman has been charged with vehicular manslaughter after the car she was driving struck a pedestrian on Main Street in Binghamton yesterday and dragged the unidentified person about 50 feet. 36-year-old Jennifer Grenchus was arrested after the crash. Several people worked with emergency responders to flip her sedan on its roof and try to free the unidentified victim. That person was pronounced dead at the scene. Binghamton Police are still investigating.
