A vigil was held Monday to mark the eight year anniversary of the American Civic Association Shooting in Binghamton. Eight years ago yesterday a gunman stormed the ACA and killed 13 people. It is the largest mass shooting in Southern Tier history. Dozens of people paid their respects yesterday.
