A Binghamton woman has been arrested on child endangerment charges, after she allegedly abandoned her 4-year-old boy on Staten Island. 26-year-old Maylisha Harrell left her child at a bus stop downstate in Port Richmond at about 1 AM. Harrell allegedly walked off the bus with the child, and then reentered the bus without him. Downstate authorities were called immediately after the incident, and were able to track down Harrell shortly after. Harrell allegedly stated to police that a family member was supposed to pick the boy up after she left. Harrell was arraigned and then released.
