Broome County’s Department of Motor Vehicles systems are up and running again. Last month’s severe thunderstorms damaged fiber optics lines at some 60 DMV’s across the state, including the Endicott and Binghamton offices. Also, the Binghamton, Endicott, Conklin and Town of Triangle offices are now changing to their summer hours. The hours are: The Clinton Street office in Binghamton is open M-F 7:30 am – 4 pm. The Washington Avenue Office in Endicott hours are M-F 7:30 am – 4 pm and Sat. 8 am-1pm. Conklin Town Hall Mobile Unit will only be open on Tuesdays 9:30 am -2:30 pm and Town of Triangle will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays are 9:30 am -2:30 pm.
