The communication coordinator for Broome County Executive Debbie Preston has resigned after being indicted on a DWI charge last month. James Worhach has been accused of getting into a property damage accident in Binghamton last March. He was suspended without pay after the indictment. Deputy County Executive Bijoy Datta says the resignation was submitted last week. Datta says the office is considering its options for the position in the future.
