The man who has been charged with intentionally setting a fire which resulted in the death of two children in October has plead not guilty to all charges. Authorities say that 38-year-old Dwight Burton intentionally set a fire on the third story of an apartment building on Floral Avenue in Johnson City. Burton is due back in court on December 9th in regards to his legal counsel.
