A murder suspect who has opted for a plea deal will have to wait until next month to receive her sentencing. 23-year-old Ashley Carnevale appeared in court Tuesday, but her sentencing was moved to August. She and her husband were involved in a home invasion and shooting in Windsor back in 2009. Jean Clark died in the incident and another man was seriously wounded. Carnevale won an appeal and new trial due to ineffective counsel and issues involving police interrogation. Instead, she pleaded guilty in May to manslaughter and an assault charge in exchange for a shorter prison sentence. Her husband, Anthony Carnevale is currently serving 25 years to life for murder.
