The Union-Endicott and Vestal Central School districts will be taking part in a nine-day, friendly competition to collect food donations for CHOW. The goal for each school is to collect the most amount of non-perishable food items for donation. Students at both schools will be encouraged to donate throughout the competition. The community will also have a chance get in on the action, during the U-E versus Vestal football game on October 9th. There will be two bins set up during the game, and community members can place food donations in the bin of the school of their choice. The winner and total number of food donations collected will be announced during halftime at the game.
