A Canadian driver has been arrested following a traffic stop on Conklin Road in the town of Conklin. A computer check of his Ontario license showed that he has had it suspended 12 times in New York on 11 different dates. 59-year-old Anthony D. Middletown of Cobourg, Ontario has been charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and other traffic violations. Middletown was stopped for driving while using his cellphone. He was arraigned in the Town of Conklin Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
