A suspect has been arrested in connection to an attempted burglary which occurred at a Town of Barker home in June of 2014. The suspect, 29-year-old James Bezek, was arrested after authorities traced a blood sample at the crime scene back to him. Bezek was charged with attempted burglary in the second degree. He has since been sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
